Problem

Problem

Help2Pay’s goal is to streamline financial transactions, allowing users to convert crypto to fiat (e.g., USDT to NGN), exchange between cryptocurrencies, pay bills, purchase gift cards, and shop — all from a single platform. Currently, users face friction due to scattered workflows across multiple platforms, making transactions slow, confusing, and costly. This fragmented experience reduces efficiency, trust, and engagement, highlighting the need for a unified, intuitive, and seamless solution.

Proposed solution

I redesigned Help2Pay across both the mobile app and web dashboard, creating a seamless, all-in-one platform for sending, swapping, and managing crypto and fiat. Through user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments, we optimized flows for payments, currency exchanges, and bulk transactions, reducing task completion time, increasing transaction success rates, and improving overall user engagement.
