Currently, users face friction due to scattered workflows across multiple platforms, making transactions slow, confusing, and costly. This fragmented experience reduces efficiency, trust, and engagement, highlighting the need for a unified, intuitive, and seamless solution.

I redesigned Help2Pay across both the mobile app and web dashboard, creating a seamless, all-in-one platform for sending, swapping, and managing crypto and fiat. Through user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments, we optimized flows for payments, currency exchanges, and bulk transactions, reducing task completion time, increasing transaction success rates, and improving overall user engagement.
